Claudio Cavaliere is a Labor Consultant with consolidated experience. He carries out his profession within NEXUMSTP SpA, a Professional Company that operates in a multidisciplinary manner throughout the national territory and beyond. Claudio has always prioritized the quality of work over quantity. Therefore, in addition to the traditional work of assistance in the field of payroll processing, contributions, and the management of all related activities, Claudio has also provided professional services in the area of Organizational Innovation for Companies. This includes the management of corporate welfare plans, the structuring of work-life harmony projects, and, more recently, the implementation of the Gender Equality Certification system. He has also taken on the role of "Gender Equality Processes Supervisor" within the Steering Committee of NEXUMSTP SpA.
