She worked for the tourism and hospitality sector for more than 20 years, she is now a consultant for luxury hotels, apartments and b&bs. In such cases, she is responsible for full management, human resources, suppliers and tour operators. On their behalf, she is a representative at national and international trade fairs as a revenue manager. She also has the management of their banquets and ‘à la carte’ menus, after studying the food cost.

She is a teacher for private and public schools, dealing with several subjects such as tourist hospitality, in-depth analysis of hotel and non-hotel classifications, DMC and sponsorship of Puglia, F&B and lounge room, the manager in tourism industry and the use of OTAs and PMSs.
